Osoyoos Desert Wine Tour 歐索又司沙漠品酒遊
下午就和Kathy, Wayne , Corny 和Corny的太太.
一行人出發去品酒, 其實去年我和David 也去了幾個酒廠.
今年和同事一起品酒, 真得蠻好玩得.
Corny的太太, 不喜歡喝紅酒, 她說喝起來像喝過期的醋.
想像力太豐富了吧, 過期的醋, 醋會過期嗎? 沒試過, 所以粉難想像, 哈!哈!哈!!
Corny 只喜歡啤酒, 所以他們半路就落跑, 哈!哈!哈!!
沒有啦Corny因為一些生意沒安排好, 客人的電話號碼沒帶出來, 所以必須趕回飯店.
地產經紀人渡假時, 客人還是最大. 哈!哈!哈!!
我們到的第一家酒廠是 NK'MIP 是一家原住民的酒廠 NK'MIP 展現了原住民的現代成就.當地原住民組織Osoyoos Indian Band便致力發展經濟的同時,保留他們的傳統與價值.Nk'Mip Resort就是他們努力的成果.度假村內包括4星級度假村Spirit Ridge Vineyard Resort & Spa.Nk'Mip Cellars.Nk'Mip Desert Cultural Centre等.在這些景點,你可以享受原住民為你經營的水療,紅酒和展覽.
第二家酒廠是超級迷你的 Golden Beaver Winery. 他們的產量不多, 但有些還不錯. 我們就帶了一瓶白酒回家.
接下來我們就到 Golden Mile Cellars ,這裡看起來粉像一作城堡, 粉漂亮. 酒嗎 普普通通,我喝兩口就不想試了. 我只能說不合我的口味啦,到外面拍照實際一點啦!
第四家就是 Antelope Ridge 這裡的主人是法國人, 酒也是普通普通, 可能也是因為我想試的酒他們都不能試, 所以David 就很勉強的買了一瓶白酒.
第五家就是 Silver Sage Winery. 也是我們最喜歡的酒廠. 熱情的女主人帶我們試喝所有的酒. 試喝完後David 竟然跟我說, 每一種酒他都要. 甚麼? 後來經過我細心的開導之後, 還是狂掃了七瓶酒, 大部份都是餐後酒. 其中有兩瓶我特別喜歡的酒 一瓶叫Flame 天呀!又甜又辣的, 好讚喔!! 另外一瓶是Sage Grand Reserve 將是我們結婚3週年的紀念酒喔!! 其實我們非常少喝餐後酒的. 但Silver Sage Winery 的酒每瓶都很特殊. 我該如何形容哩？ 他的酒每瓶都非常精緻與不同. 他也有別於傳統. 讓品酒增加不少的樂趣.
最後我們來到 Desert Hills Winery. 其實我們一開始是抱著好玩的心態來 Desert Hills Winery, 我們還開玩笑的說 ,印度人會做酒嗎？ 熱情的阿三老闆請我們試喝他所有的酒, 他的酒, 非常傳統, 酒的味道頂級.真是的, 這個印度阿三真得很厲害, 看他身後得酒瓶瓶得獎哩! 我們告訴他, 他是傑出的印度阿三. 真是人不可冒像, 海水不可斗量.
明年如果再來渡假 Desert Hills Winery 和 Silver Sage Winery我一定會再來的. 這趟品酒遊, 因為Desert Hills Winery 和Silver Sage Winery讓我深覺不虛此行哩！

Sun tanning & speedboat trip
猶豫了一整個早上, 到底要不要把自己曬黑. 後來決定豁出去了!
其實我喜歡黑黑的. 雖然台灣人都愛說 一白可以遮三醜. 我還是覺得神造我就是最獨特的.
沒有什麼醜好遮的. 哈! 哈! 哈! 哈! 哈!!
晒完太陽, 老公就準備了 yummy 好吃滴午餐.讓偶享用. 我真好命哩!!
吃完飯Javon 就邀我們坐他的快艇去遊Osoyoos Lake.
後來和Mike的船在湖中相遇, 因為Mike的兒子坐我們的快艇. 在湖中尋父, 後來給他找著了, 他竟拖下救身衣,不顧一切的奔向另外一艄船. 場面感人!!
Mike的船後面還拖著兩個小朋友. 天呀! Mike真是超級奶爸. 船尚上帶著別人家的小孩, 船後還拖著別人家的小孩. 哈! 哈! 哈! 哈! 哈!!
我們的快艇後面拖著 Corny的兒子, 我原本還在想為甚麼快艇上會有snowboard用的滑雪板, 難倒是挪亞方舟? 船可以擺在山上, 然後滑雪下山, 哈! 哈! 哈! 哈!! 原來是用來滑水的滑水板.
快艇後面還跟著騎水上摩特車的Gary .藉著快艇所帶起的波浪, 他的摩特車飛的有夠高的.

Osoyoos bc 歐索又司
忙碌的生活終於可以喘口氣了, 又是一年一度的公司渡假週末。
其實一開始我真得不太想去, 因為第一渡假還要看到同事,
感覺好像還是在作工。
另外就是還有幾筆生意, 趕著要完成, 我實在不太想去。
哎! 其實一大早就該出發, 後來又決定不去了。
可是最近真得是身心疲倦,
是應該放下一切出去走走。
其實做房地產的, 真得要能學會放手,
後來就一直拖到下午才決定出發。
相信全能的神掌管一切。
這個禮拜該完成的四筆買賣就交託給神,
出發前, 公司會計竟然打電話叫我們去律師那拿支票。
去了律師那裡又沒有支票可拿, 真素奇怪了。
終於可以出發了, 可是我要開車 。
因為David 還有很多電話要打,
挖勒!! 這像渡假嗎?
還好入山前該打的電話都打了,很多事都安排聯絡好了
忘記的, 自己都打來了。
哈! 哈! 哈!! 感謝神! 感謝神! 感謝神!
熱情沙漠 Osoyoos歐索又司

JIM 和David 在自家門前烤肉Mill Lake + David is leaving
Before David take off to Redding California. We take a walk around Mill Lake. Mill Lake is so beautiful today. But I am kind of sad. Because David is going away for 5 days.
I remember about a month ago, David told me there will have a conference is about kingdom business in Redding California. But he wasn't know if he wants to go or not. I know one thing holding him back might be me. Without me agree to him, I know he won't go. We never been apart from each other since we married. We work together everyday. We see each other everyday from the morning to evening when we go to sleep. I know is going to be very hard for me to live couple days without David around me. I pray and seek God for if David should go to Redding. And I feel like God wants me to decided if I want my husband to go or not.
David always had a vision about making lots money, be successful so he can be able to speak to the people who is also successful and support the world missions. He wants to raise up the godly leader to rule the city. I know God is call him to do that. The conference is about how kingdom business works. For keep his vision clear and focus, I knew, I need to let him go to Redding to met with God.
Here I am, little bit sad, little bit lonely, I give my husband back to You. and I surrender myself to You again.
Mill Lake

Craigdarroch Castle And Taiwanese style pig legs
Today we went to visit Craigdarroch Castle. Craigdarroch Castle is a beautiful historic Victorian-era mansion, built in the 1890s by wealthy BC coal baron Robert Dunsmuir.
Rising 87 stairs up through the 4 1/2 stories, there are 39 rooms, most of which are furnished lavishly in the 1890s–1900s period. With over 20,000 square feet of space, the house and gardens are being restored exactly as they were originally built, and you will find artisans working on restorations most days. Step back in time and experience the life and times of the very rich and famous.
魁達洛古堡很典雅漂亮內部有39個房間，可看得出百年前上流社會的生活型態. 由 富甲一方的蘇格蘭煤礦巨人 Robert Dunsmuir 所擁有的維多利亞古堡，於一八九零年建成。古堡內部裝飾富麗堂煌，典雅的彩色玻璃窗及精心木工建築。沿旋轉樓梯登上八十七級，便可到達四樓的宮廷大廳；從 古堡往外望，可俯瞰維多利亞市的景色、一睹Juan de Fuca 海峽的明媚風光，以及遠眺Olympic Mountains的雪山勝景。遊客更可參觀裝修華麗的遊戲室，和陳設極盡豪華的繪畫室。古堡獨有的天花手繪圖畫。
After the Craigdarroch Castle, we went to eat Taiwanese food. We had some amzing Taiwanese dishs. We also order 2 Taiwanese style pig legs togo. So yummy.
逛完魁達洛古堡，我們就去吃道地的台菜。還外帶了兩隻萬巒豬腳哩！！ 有夠好吃的。

Missing Photos form Rockies trip
Wow! It's February already. Back in October 2005, Dave & I went to the Rockies for our 1st Anniversary. Today I finally got to see the photos we took. We stored the pictures on our laptop but the power adapter broke. We recently bought a new one so we can finally see our missing 2 days.
The first day of our trip we stopped at the The Last Spike
for a washroom break and then drove to Downtown Banff to stay 1 night. The next day, we wen hiking in Johnston Canyon . It was so beautiful there. I love the water falls. There were so many other places that i wanted to go but unfortunately they were closed for the winter. The Natural Bridge was open so we went there. After we went to stay the night at theEmerald Lake Lodge .
